Dappled

Another walk in Benmore Gardens brought another crop of photos - I never realised that some rhododendrons have amazing red chilli-like casings for the new foliage - but I chose this one because I loved the delicate leaves on the huge tree above me, and the dappled light on the forest floor.

No election-related photos: a postal vote has a sadly distancing effect for the physical realities of the democratic process in a small town!
