Sorry.

For the self-indulgence but this was going to be another canal blip today as the plan was to take the dogs along the canal looking for another Geocache.

But as it has not stopped raining all day, the most they have got is two runs out along Offa's Dyke - their usual - and then back inside to dry off.

So all you've got is a blip of my memento of the day yesterday.

Thought I might feel a little achy and worse for wear this morning but was pleasantly surprised to jump out of bed feeling quite sprightly and youthful (slight exaggeration there) ready to attempt another triathlon.

Now I lie!
