Polling Day

When I lived in Germany I was fascinated by the colour purple. In the east of the country everyone seemed to wearing purple to the extent that even Karl Lagerfeld picked up on it.
I thought that as the clothing was of generally poor quailty that it was similar to when I used powder paints in school and that the water used to wash your brush always ended up this colour.
Apparently I found out later it's the end of the colour cycle and the next colours used will be black and white.
After the results of todays elections I can only see black.
