Replacing Old Glory

We certainly had a BIG rainstorm here last night.  Some places had two or three inches of rain in an hour.  The winds in places were reported at 40 to 70 mph.  Tornadoes were on the ground, but none real close to me.  And to top all that off, we had a 4.0 earthquake before the rain came down.

On our walk, I noticed that the parks department were replacing/reattaching the flag at the Water Gardens.  Not sure if it was damaged last night or not.
