Smeaton's Tower

Smeaton's Tower is an 18th Century lighthouse overlooking Plymouth Sound, once marking the Eddystone Reef. It is also the 3rd most notable Eddystone lighthouse!. But where is Plymouth Sound? 
We went to Rhodes @ the Domes for lunch today, (which has panoramic views from all the windows), as it was No. 1 sons birthday lunch, and we could hardly see the sound because of all the mist and rain that was pouring in from the sea. You should have been able to see the sound in this photo, but not today!! We will just have to book for another lunch!
