One of those days!

This morning we dropped the boys off at the kennels for the weekend as we're off to France tomorrow. However the lady is rather forgetful and has also just lost her husband, and I was a little concerned as none of the kennel doors had locks on them, and neither did any of the entrance gates.

As the morning went on I got more and more concerned about it particularly as tomorrow is the anniversary of us losing Louis. So I told Alan that I couldn't leave them there and that I wanted to take them to France with us.

This involved a phone call to the vet to get an appointment to sort their passports out and then a call to the kennels to tell her there's a change of plan and that Alan was coming to collect them. Now I just need to find somewhere else to take them when we're in San Francisco!

As for my photo, I met Chrissy and Alison with Ida at lunch time. Ida loves Alison's mobile phone and as I tried to take a photo of her, she looked up as if to say 'what?' I love the image despite her scowl :-)

Anyway I'm just on my way to the vets to meet Alan and the boys - I can't wait to see them!
