#8 Turquoise Hexagon Sun
Despite the braw morning, it's gey dreich ootside noo! I hope the sun appears tomorrow.
Today's tune is "Turquoise Hexagon Sun" from Music Has the Right to Children (1998), the debut album by Boards of Canada, an electronic music duo from Edinburgh. It was not until I left Edinburgh until I knew the album was produced at their recording studio called Hexagon Sun in the Pentland Hills, where I have walked many times. The album is one of the masterpieces of the late 90s in my opinion.
It was a bit difficult to create a hexagon sun.
