Painful

This is what I wrote on my Facebook status.

Lib Dems have received their kicking. Labour have been annihilated by the SNP. Now we are left with more cuts, more austerity. I am not surprised. As a country we seem to accept that it's ok for the money to flow up, that it's ok for the richer to pay less tax. After a term a million more people were using foodbanks and the richest one thousand in the UK doubled their wealth. I imagine those wealthy 1000 are rubbing their hands with glee at the stupidity of the electorate. I on the other hand feel disenfranchised I didn't want any of them really. I just want fairness and it's not possible in this country from our ridiculous voting system through to the men at the top born with a silver spoon in their mouth.

I stand by it. A teacher who gave out food bank vouchers said the only reason there are a million people using food banks is because there are food banks. I soon sorted that little one out.

I have been pained all day. Though I did enjoy choir and lunch at a choir members house.

I have decided I am quietly resigned and I am speaking to someone on Sunday about a protest song workshop.
