Shaftoe Crags

Weary today after staying up till fairly late watching the election results & feeling a bit dejected.  However it was our first day off together for a couple of weeks so this afternoon we headed out for a longish walk from Bolam Lake to Shaftoe Crags.  As the afternoon wore on it became increasingly overcast and breezy and we were lucky to get back to the car before the rain came on.  A lovely beer at the pub on the way home and a curry for dinner, not such a bad start to the weekend!
