Swan song

Does this remind anyone of a (strange) swan, or am I seeing things again? It's an almost-dead orchid flower, which I find beautiful even in its dying state, so it's my offering for Flower Friday.

The skies have gone grey today, after heavy rain in the night. Lots of movement in the roads, but the beach was almost deserted, except for a few hardy Brazilian tourists, splashing around in the cold water, a few runners, the cleaners and a couple of fishermen.

I took the long way round to the bank - one has to go on searching for a blip - so I'm adding an extra photo of the beach. Otherwise tried to keep my nose and HH's to the grindstone all day, with the usual limited success. Feeling very tired.
