The road home

After getting up extra early, milking the cows, and having breakfast, we drove to Nelson to get my fuzzy hair cut.  What a relief it is to have a lighter head!

We visited my mum, as it is Mother's day in NZ tomorrow, and because we can't get down on Sunday, we visited today.  Got our haircuts, did some shopping and headed back home (to the rain and cold).  This is the road home.  It takes about 1 1/2 hours from Nelson to home, although at this time of the year it doesn't feel that long, as the autumn scenery is beautiful.

Tea's ready, and now I'm off to milk.  :-)
