It's been a long but magnificent day

Spent the morning with the team we trained during the week, working out how best to implement the programme. So taken by the enthusiasm of everyone. Then the long drive back to the airport; and a delayed flight. I strangely felt bereft as we left but wonderful to see the city lights twinkling through the mist as we arrived home around midnight. What an incredible week this has been.
