Ravioli

I really was kinda winging it.  Hadn't ever tried it, didn't have a pasta rolling machine, didn't even own a decent rolling pin until last night and up until it actually came out the boil that it looked anything slightly resembling pasta let alone ravioli.

But...

It was rather lush and the consistency came out more or less any shop bought ravioli I've ever tasted but I've never found haggis ravioli in the shops which went very well with the pasta sauce I've used in the past.

Recipe for recollection in the future...
140g of plain flour sieved.
pinch or so of salt.
2 medium eggs.
Mix it up, knead it and then roll it out within an inch of it's life.
