Darkness into Light

4am this morning.  Sister in law Judy and I went on the Darkness into Light torchlight procession through Perth to raise awareness of suicide and self-harm.  Amongst the walkers were parents and loved ones of youngsters who ended their own lives.

Here we have stopped outside St Matthew's Church, where candles were lit in memory of loved ones lost in this dreadfully sad way.

How lucky we are, the people who walked and then returned home knowing our children were somewhere, tucked up warm and safe in bed.
