WALK IT OFF

SLEEPLESS.

Wk 18....9 down and 6 to go.

Have now caught up with back blipping...this yo yo-ing is driving me crazy.....boredom;as my husband is now working away from home, and lack of sleep...definitely is not helping. He is home this week so let's hope I can shift at least a pound but preferably 2!!

(Birthday end of week....!?!?!)

AIM....to try and keep up with blipping.
