Roast Pumpkin and Onion Pasta

Not as nice as I had hoped it would be, the pumpkin was incredibly sweet. This is normally a good thing but it just took over a little bit. All a learning curve though, I think this one would be quite nice with some bacon through it, but that didn't fit into my Live Below the Line budget!
