Another Parliament

We had a lovely dinner last night with David and Luca in Deryne's near the end of the chain bridge on the Buda side of the Danube.
It's just a pity then that I seemed to be awake most of the night listening to the coughing and the nose blowing of the cold ridden Lord by beside, who maintains he slept like a log.

This morning we eschewed the over priced hotel breakfast to sit at a street café and have hot chocolate and croissants before walking along past the Parliament building to a shop purported to sell a coffee cup much desired by Gillipaw.
Unfortunately after many attempts to convey the fact that I wanted to buy a mug rather than drink a mug of coffee, I was eventually told they didn't stock that mug any more.Too bad.

Having thought to get the famous no2 tram back home, we were denied the pleasure because of the half marathon being run through the city, and so we walked back to sit with an ice cream in the sun.

It may be the Ferris wheel this afternoon before walking to David's flat for supper.
Amongst Luca's many attributes is the fact that she can cook. We will try and work up an appetite.
