First day of summer

Today is called the first day of summer here in Iceland but one can't really see it or feel it since it's still cold and snowy all around us (very different from last year!)
It's a public holiday and we used the opportunity to visit a few museums here in Akureyri;  
Friðbjarnarhús (the toy museum), 
The Motor Cycle Museum,
The Industrial Museum and finally
Davíð Stefánsson Memorial Museum in Bjarkarstígur.

This photo is taken in Friðbjarnarhús and shows a (slightly) wrinkled box of flight stewardess-kit for little girls.  The box has the name of an Icelandic company printed on it, but I don't know if the toys were actually made from scratch here in Iceland.  It obviously belonged to Sigríður Stefánsdóttir and she probably got it as a Christmas present in 1963.
But a quick Google-search for "Bambola Airlines" gave me some nasty results, so I guess it's just something they made up at the time...
I added an extra photo of the box, just to try out the new feature.
