Sprint Champs

Today I ran (well very slow jogged in my case) round Aldershot Military Barracks; twice. The races were very short and I did not get my act together to stand here when runners were coming in. My club banner - Saxons is fluttering here all alone because we were all sitting in comfort in the Sport Centre discussing our mistakes. Am now sitting with ice packs on my knees, body crying out for chocolate.
