What's that on your head?

It was the parish election count in Chester this afternoon but I went down to the Chester Living History Fair at St John's Church beforehand to take some pictures.

In a typical scene from Chester's history today's blip shows a Russian general eating a burger talking to a Roman soldier with an animal on his head. 

It was actually a fun event and I didn't realise there were so many different re-enactment societies.
