Fabulous Fox Theater

This is the Interior of the Fox Theater.  One of the original "Movie Palaces".  Built in 1928, it was originally built for the Shriners who leased the fabulous auditorium to William Fox and Fox Studios.  It was almost torn down 40 years ago but the citizens in Atlanta got together and raised the funds to restore and save the  building which now houses all kinds of performing arts as well as special movie screenings.  It also began a movement to try and save other "old" and important buildings.   We were there tonight to see Pippen.  Magic!!!!
