When it's raining it's raining

Has it actually stopped raining in Stafford today?
Rather than spend all day sat on the settee watching tv, we decided to go for an absolutely pointless walk around town, and the shops, in the rain. Laura went for the spotty umbrella option in an attempt to stay dry.
