Spring Lambs

A day spent mostly at home today, working on the house and getting it ready for sale ahead of our anticipated move 'Down South'.

The day was mostly wet, but the sun appeared towards evening, and I took the opportunity for another short stroll across the road.

Against a background of bleating lambs, while I was out I also heard my first cuckoo of the year. I went and called Mrs Catspaw to come and listen, but in the short while this took, the cuckoo must have taken itself off somewhere else.
