Tiny Anatine Procrastination

Study today was hindered severely by nursing a very cute little duckling who our cat had been tossing around the garden.
After spending the night in a shoebox in our bedroom (there's a first for everything!) it moved into the bath for a few hours until we were sure it was going to make it.
When the sun came out it had some sunshine on its feathers it was time to get it along to the local wildlife rescue...
Shame as I was becoming very attached to it - as it was to me!
Raising a duck isn't really on my list of priorities at the moment sadly...
