Arachnophobic? Look away now......

Doing some work in the garden and greenhouse this morning I spotted this group of newly-hatched spiders on a leaf in the greenhouse.  I can quite understand anyone being a bit squeamish about them but in fact, they were really rather fascinating.  They started in a tight ball but when disturbed quickly spread out over about 3 or 4 inches before coalescing back into their tight little ball again.  I had to use one of my macro extension tubes to be able to get anywhere near them and even then it was very difficult to focus so not a great shot, but a fascinating subject.
