Argus

I know, another butterfly. But I think this is a brown argus, and I haven't seen one of those before. There are far more butterflies around this year than last year, and the spring flowers (spare blip) are beautiful.

Last week we were foolish enough to attempt to change our Orange phone contract. Inevitable result, both the lines went dead. On a bank holiday. It turned out they had decided we wanted to cancel our landline when it was precisely that we wanted to keep. So a chunk of yesterday was spent going to Narbonne to negotiate terms with SFR, who also tried to sell us a package with no landline --only repeated questions from us winkled out this fact. At least it was cheaper than Orange. It wasn't all in vain though as we had a nice lunch on the sunny terrace of l'Estagnol. Narbonne was buzzing with people enjoying the fine weather; it made us feel like tourists.
