I do! Mick's calves make 2 of mine, but never mind, I once again left him standing on the hills. Ross too today as he came out with us for the first time. I think he is regretting that now though as we rode 44 miles. He was fine for 2/3 of the ride but was running on empty for the last 1/3. All credit to him though, that was his first ride since last summer, so 44 miles with no build up is impressive. That's youth for you, he has 26 years on me.

Right, I'm off to cut the grass whilst this sunshine prevails. Once that chore is done, I feel the need to read a few chapters of GOT book 5.
