making fadge...........

or potato cakes as some people would know them!  Had a wonderful day with my sister in law at Garden Show Ireland.  Weather was fabulous, lots of amazing things to look at and thousands of people!  There was a food tent where lots of Northern Ireland produce was being showcased.  Such things as rapeseed oil, Irish gin, tray bakes and of course fadge and soda bread.  The guy making this fadge (which had chives and cheese in it and was delicious), was working all day long and having a banter with the visitors!  

Tonight I have a sore head, a sore throat and can't speak - I am hoarse!!  Hope I feel better tomorrow!
