A new Lincoln Landmark

Today another major landmark appeared on the horizon in the City of Lincoln.
This is the International Bomber command center been erected on the skyline.It is been erected   on the site of this Shot taken last year. The spot has been chosen as it is on the flight line that was used by the Dambusters on their return home from bombing missions when they used the Cathedral as a landmark , its height is the same as the width of the wings of a Lancaster and the width of the base is the overall width of the wing More Info
