"The Duck"
Behold the duck.
It does not cluck.
A cluck it lacks.
It quacks.
It is specially fond
Of a puddle or pond.
When it dines or sups,
It bottoms ups.
Written by Ogden Nash (1902-1971)
I couldn't resist adding an extra picture of some juvenile ducks, which have just about lost all their fuzzy look now and are perfect scaled-down versions of their mother.
