Shrubbery

I was coming past the entrance to the Bury this evening after work and noticed these lovely colourful plants forming a nice border.
It was only after taking the photo that I noticed the pods on the plant.
I guess it must be some sort of pea, although I didn't think that they were usually that colourful.
