So proud

Of my daughter Emma and her friend Cat they walked Walk the Wight today 26.5 miles in 8.5hours they done so well.
I played in the samba band too (the easy part) to welcome the walkers in...A fun hard day all in aid of the local hospas.It is an annual event thousands of people do it,some just do 1/2 walk the Wight. It is from Bembridge to Alum Bay or half is either Bembridge to Carisbrooke or Carisbrooke to Alum Bay. I am proud to be part of it..I may add I have walked the Wight before and walked half too.:-) It is a worthwhile cause and an achievement.
