Lovely Lilac

The same sort of day as yesterday, only with more sun and less cricket. And what a lovely day it was. Breakfast in the garden, Sal went to gym, Harry went home to his other family (frankly I think we see more of him than they do). The same lunch we always have, homework, housework and homemade shepherds pie with yesterday's lamb shoulder.

The lilac is gorgeous this year. More flowers than ever. I spent a very happy hour staring up at this view today.
