Rhubarb .....

..... crumble.


My fist crop from the allotment plot has been a few stems of rhubarb today. I celebrated by making a rhubarb, strawberry, plum and banana crumble.

I had one portion tonight and saved a portion for pudding tomorrow but I'd made far too much so took the rest around to the P's ( who finished it of direct from the baking dish ).

The rhubarb wasn't too tart with all the other added fruits, Mini Pea was doing her best pirate impression for the camera. So today's blip is .....
