Puppies

Not my puppies, but my sister and her long time boyfriend.  These are all cattle dogs and will have many farm duties as they get older.  Right now, they are cutie patooties.  The one in the main photo is my sister's dog.  Her name is Sadie.. (she has had a tough time picking out a name, and I think this is the final name)  The red pup  in the extra photos is Sam her brother.  The last one  is from a different litter and her name is Patches.  We were on the farm fishing this evening and here they come.  Only Sadie managed to slide into the pond, but she paddled herself out.  I was a nervous wreck after that, so I took all three by myself off for a walk to a little stream.  They played in it and then rolled in the dirt.  haha..  I didn't have to bath them later... 

A couple of items from this week.  We have indeed skipped spring.. we are having July temps for the past few days. 
Daughter was visiting this weekend and driving in Friday evening a young bear ran into the road in front of her, about 3 miles from here.    She stopped the car and he stopped and then ran back the way he came.  She was certainly excited when she arrived home.
