Notes: Spent some time on the beach and at the pool. After hardly being able to get out of bed, slowly loosened up some thru the day and wasn't quite so sore. Friend Trish came in the evening and we went for a couple beers and some food and then watched another beautiful sunset. This is Woody's and apparently a Mother's Day dance ??
