Hard to see it sometimes

Phoned Sky to see about reducing the cost of package. 12 years I've been with them. Full package. I got a fiver off!!!
Some of my friends have never ever paid full price.... And Sky call them and offer them deals!!

Me thinks it's time to cut it....though I hardly watch it, better chat to the boss!! ;0)
