Black Headed Gulls

There were so many of these Gulls to be seen this morning it wasn't easy distinguishing individuals in and amongst the flock;   I've never seen so many birds together at one time, nor heard such a cacophony. 

My blip was taken at RSPB Dearne Valley and although It's not been a brilliant day for photos we managed a very pleasant walk  -  even though the wind kept the temperatures on the low side.
