.....modern life is seriously rubbish!

A whole day with what I thought was scam phone calls from natwest, only to find out they're real & due to a clerical error the computer thinks my loan is in arrears which it isn't! But they can't stop the phone calls cos they're all computer controlled!

Hmmph !! Utterly ridiculous I say!

This is driving me to drink!
