A cunning plan

Really had quite a horrible day trying to tackle the packing but at least the chuckleheads on the building site across the road provided some light relief this afternoon.

I was amazed to see them use the pigmy digger to drag the site office/portakabin all the way over to the gates - they had to make several stops to dig out the wheels of the office which had become fouled on the rough ground.

It appears that the only slight flaw in this plan is that the digger is now trapped on the edge of the site as there isn't enough room for it to get back past the relocated office. Still I'm sure they have everything under control and it will all get sorted out in the fullness of time!

I did contemplate losing the colour on this one and entering it for Mono Monday as the theme today is the Twilight Zone and much of the behaviour across the road seems to fit that quite nicely. I decided against it in the end if for no other reason than to share the hideousness of the bright orange gloves being worn by the guy driving the digger - these seem to have become standard issue on the site although hard hats and hi-vis vests are still mostly absent!
