Good in an emergency

Physio class today was followed by a retinopathy appointment - photographic examination of the retina to check for potential damage to the blood vessels caused by diabetes.
Then to work - mostly talking to students- revision and stress. I'm glad I'm not doing exams.
Home now and tired.
Just booked flights to see father in law in Ireland in July - something to look forward to.
