Difficulty evicting Es from our room again tonight...the girl just keeps talking:-)

Didn't take a lot of photo's today...as you can probably tell this is an emergency blip!

Not sure where the day went...did a run, some weights...sorted some laundry and packed for Mr R and my trip to Copenhagen this week...finished off a few bits and pieces for work...took the barmy army swimming...next thing you know it's bed time again!
