Through a window

Lovely weather.  We actually had our breakfast poached eggs on the patio.  At lunchtime we took dad out for a meal.  We asked him if there was anything he wanted to do, and he opted for a drive to the coast.  And if you go to the seaside, you HAVE to eat fish and chips.

Mary Janes has a reputation as the best chippy in Cromer, and the haddock and chips was certainly very tasty.

There was a constant queue for the takeaway chips, but fortunately no queue for the restaurant.  We felt quite sorry for the proprietors who were attempting to make a go of the cafe across the road - it appeared to be almost empty.
