On a Country Drive

Nothing to see, nothing to shoot,
I thought I missed my Blip boat.
But, around the curve, and next to the barn...
I spotted the billy goat.

Then...among the sights and sounds,
something trying to get the last word.
Swinging and swaying on a tiny branch...
rocked this male blackbird.

Finally, I hit a small traffic jam,
shot some images to my SD card.
Cuz, there in the road straight ahead,
was a Mama Goose crossing guard.
