Ready For Lunch

The chicken's ready for the lunch time rush here in Dokki, Cairo at the smokey corner where there is always barbequeing and fish frying on the go.    This chap was delighted to be photographed.   I asked at first only for a close up of the skewers but he wanted to be in the frame as well.    You can't refuse opportunities like these.    Now back to the apartment after my coffee and blip outing for some work sessions into Brazil and Texas.
