A Splendid Afternoon To Go Boating

An afternoon out of Seoul, visiting the Goyang Flower Festival at Ilsan Lake Park.

The journey there seemed to take forever - possibly because most of the journey was overground and we could see outside (makes a change!) and we had to transfer at a somewhat rural station. Lots of fields round there, anyway.

The Festival seemed a little more like a County Fair and eclectic in approach with lots of random stalls (Learn First Aid, Dress like a Native American etc. etc.) and the afternoon's entertainment highlight being a dance competition with questionable performances - Oh, Korea!
