Surfers

First day I've felt like blipping since the concussion last week. It's wearing off but still feels a bit like jetlag!

The surfers were out in force this afternoon enjoying the fine weather and good breeze. The lone kite surfer was getting up good speed too. The was a bit of a catastrophe last night when a 27ft yacht foundered and half sunk. The coastguard were out and put up a 'parachute' flair to shine light on the scene. The sailors are safe but they are still pondering on what to do about the yacht. It is submerged now at high tide but re-emerges when the tide goes down. I guess the salvagers will be out soon and pull it to shore.
