First One

A very quick blip and run as it's camera club tonight. We always get a good showing of yellow and purple Aquilegias and this is the first yellow one to bloom. To be honest, other than a daffodil it is the only flower I really recognise!

[Ed: the irony of this last statement is wonderful in light of the fact I (Annie) had to correct the original "Azelea" to "Aquilegia"...:)]

Immy had her first GCSE exam today, Biology. She seems pretty confident it went well so a good start. Annie has been to Bristol and back and is now out again at a school governors' meeting.

It's an all go Tuesday again.
