Newcastle life

Hexham

Teaching at Hexham Hospital today. We finished at 4.30pm so took the opportunity to explore lovely Hexham, a picturesque market town 20 miles west of Newcastle. I had a look at Hexham Abbey with its square tower and blue clock face. The oldest part of the church is from 674 with multiple editions ever since with the east end being rebuilt in 1860.
Found a fantastic vintage shop and found multiple treasures that I would have loved to buy. In the end I bought a free rabbit, jar and clock. Very excited about my purchases :)
