Water
We've had a lot of rain this winter. Lots and lots. More than ever before. Usually we get our drinking water from the spring at Livadaki which is 120m above sea level. This is the spring at Tsip which is 260m above sea level. This spring hasn't been running reliably for years. Obviously this winter's rains have had a significantly beneficial effect on the island's water-table. The advantage of this spring is that I can drive to it easily by myself and can set up the containers to fill automatically while I stand back taking pictures.
This spring is immediately above this dust-scape.
